• Orders placed through this website or through the provided phone numbers are direct from MILA International. Orders can also be placed through a local distributor, as listed in the distributors page.
• Overnight and Second Day service is available upon request.
• Net 30 day terms in US dollars.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Mis-shipments

• Notification must be given within 10 days of receipt of purchase for credit to be issued.

Returns

• Notification must be given before return of merchandise.
• Full credit will be allowed for the following conditions:
  1. Merchandise shipped in error against a purchase order.
  2. Defective merchandise.
• When unopened merchandise is authorized to be returned for any reason other than above, credit will be:
  • 80% - Less than one year old.
  • 50% - One to two years old.
  • No credit for merchandise more than two years old.
