Domestic Shipping

Most orders placed directly with MILA International, Inc. will ship the same day they are received.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping, handling and dropship fees may apply. If shipping to a residential or rural address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Customers using their own shipping account will be 100% responsible for the safety and delivery of the products after it has left MILA International Inc.’s facility. Under no circumstance will MILA International Inc. be held liable for any damage, loss of product, hidden damage, or loss of functionality to the product. By shipping on your account, the customer assumes sole responsibility for all claims and adjustments as required by their carrier. This applies to all products shipped from MILA International Inc.

 

International Shipping

Most international orders placed directly with MILA International, Inc. will begin the processing phase the day they are received. Payment must be received in full prior to shipping unless alternate terms have been approved by MILA International, Inc.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

All orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy unless otherwise requested. Shipping, handling and dropship fees may apply. Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

International shipping rates provided on the website are subject to change.  Shipping rates are determined by dimensional weight, rather than actual weight so they must be determined manually. A proforma invoice with the total shipping cost will be sent to the customer for approval prior to shipping.

Expedited Shipping (Available upon request)

Most orders placed directly with MILA International, Inc. will ship the same day they are received.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Saturday deliveries may be available through FedEx for an additional shipping fee depending on the delivery address.

All expedited orders are shipped via FedEx unless otherwise requested. Shipping, handling and dropship fees may apply. If shipping to a residential or rural address, additional shipping fees may apply. If expedited shipping is requested, all shipping charges will need to be paid by the customer.

Available expedited shipping options with FedEx are as follows:

  • FedEx Priority Overnight® - arrive by 10:30am the next business day*
  • FedEx Standard Overnight® - arrive by 4:30pm the next business day*
  • FedEx 2 Day® AM – arrive by 10:30am in two business days*
  • FedEx 2 Day® - arrive by 4:30pm in two business days*
  • FedEx Express Saver® - arrive by 4:30pm in three business days*

      *Note: Specific times may vary by delivery address.

 

Holidays

MILA International will be closed on the following days in observance of holidays:           

  • JANUARY 2, 2023
  • APRIL 7, 2023
  • MAY 29, 2023
  • JULY 4, 2023
  • SEPTEMBER 4, 2023
  • NOVEMBER 23 – 24, 2023
  • DECEMBER 25 – 26, 2023
  • JANUARY 1 - 2, 2024

Please allow for additional processing time upon our return from each of these holidays.

 

Return Policy

Notification must be given before returning product(s). Full credit will be given if the merchandise was shipped in error against the purchase order OR if the merchandise was damaged in transit and shipped on MILA International, Inc.’s shipping account, but we MUST be notified within 10 days of receipt for credit to be issued.

When unopened merchandise is authorized to be returned for any other reason, credit will be 80% if it is less than 60 days old. A copy of the original invoice must be included in the returned package.  No credit will be given for merchandise more than 60 days after purchase.

Shipping is not refunded on all returns.

MILA International, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the shipping and returns policy at any time. The most current version of the policies will supersede all previous versions.
